Materials: (serve 2 bowls)
2 bowls of rice
Chicken thigh with skin on
chopped green onions
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp sake
1/2 tbsp sugar
1) Wash the chicken thigh and pat dry with paper towel.
2) Mix all the sauce ingredients together. Marinate the chicken thigh in the sauce for 10-15 minutes (or longer if you want).
