Cook Time: 2 Mins (Custard)

Fridge Time: 4 Hrs / 8 Hrs or Overnight-Recommended

CUSTARD:

7 Large Egg Yolks

3/4 Sugar

2/3 Low Fat Milk

ITALIAN CREAM:

1 1/3 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

16 Oz Mascarpone Cheese (or 2 8oz Pckgs)

BREADING & DIP:

2 Packages of Ladyfinger cookies (About 48 cookies)

1 Cup Kahlua Coffee Liquor

1 Cup Strong Brewed Coffee (Room Temperature)

GARNISH:

Chocolate Powder/Cocoa Powder

Chocolate Shavings

Fruits: Berries You Choose
